Description: Project Manager Michael Stroud will be leading students through a tour starting from
digital conception through finalizing construction. The talk starts at the library staircase where we will be the first to use the "Social Stairs" for a presentation. The talk
will end with a physical tour of the library with Michael pointing out STEM features
of the building.
Dr. Isabel Zaror:Former Executive Director at Novartis Biomedical Research

Description: Dr. Isabel Zaror recently retired from her position as Executive Director at the Emeryville
campus of Novartis Biomedical Research. She brings to us a career's worth of wisdom, knowledge, and experience.
Dr. Molly Bloom: User Experience (UX) Research Manager at Cisco

Description:Dr. Bloom has a passion for understanding how communities engage with objects and
technology, ranging from mobility devices for people with disabilities, to security
software for IT professionals.Her PhD work focused on how people with newly acquired disabilities learn to engage
with the world, medical technology, and each other.For the last five years, she has worked as a user experience researcher in the fields
of inclusive design and enterprise software. Currently she leads a team researching
cybersecurity software platforms.
