 What Do CCEPG Sessions Feel Like?

The CCEPG Framework guides the content and experience of CCEPG sessions.
In each session, facilitators aim to create an atmosphere of: 

  • Playfulness
  • Intentional relationship building
  • Appreciation for what’s good
  • Mindfulness about equity of voice
  • Assuming positive intentions
  • Addressing discomfort
  • Validating multiple ways of knowing and communicating
  • Understanding complexity, systems thinking, and intersectionality
  • Seeing patterns, holding contradictory thoughts & feelings simultaneously
