Early College Programs
Chabot College's Early College Programs (ECP) provides high school students and adults
in GED or diploma programs tuition-free opportunities to earn college credit, develop
academic skills, and begin their higher education journey. Early College Programs
work to improve college access and success by providing a supportive seamless transition
from secondary education to community college for disproportionately impacted students.

FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Individual Dual Enrollment (IDE)
- College classes are taught at Chabot College or online.
- Open to high school students.
- Tuition free & earn college credits.
- Summer classes available.

College and Career Access Pathways Dual Enrollment (CCAP-DE)
- College classes are taught at the high school.
- Open to high school students.
- Tuition free & earn college credits.

High School Articulation (HSA) Courses
High school students can take high school level courses that can meet Chabot College certificate and some degree requirements.
FOR ADULT SCHOOL STUDENTS

Adult Dual Enrollment - ADE
- Open to adults attending adult school and be either enrolled in a Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Program.
- College classes are taught at Chabot College.
- Tuition free & earn college credits.
