Juztino Panella

Description: During challenging times filled with division, polarization, and uncertainty, there is a heightened need to find resources that can support us in maintaining our well-being, humanity, and compassion - for others, as well as for ourselves. Mindfulness and the practice of mediation offer a path to cultivate greater presence and to connect with the calm and clarity that reside within. The intention of this experiential workshop is to support participants in bringing greater awareness to our thoughts and beliefs, exploring ways they can give rise to our emotions and feelings, which can then manifest in the body – sometimes with ease and comfort, at other times with tension or pain. With continued mindfulness and meditation practice we can develop greater insight and feel more empowered to show up in meaningful ways for ourselves, in our relationships, and in advocacy for the social justice and societal changes we envision.
