John has combined his technical experience graduating from a vocational high school in the Midwest studying Machine Tool Technology to service with the United States Navy as a Machinery-Repairman (Machinist) serving onboard an aircraft carrier. His professional education includes qualification as a Navy Instructor and graduating from Chabot College with A.A. degrees in both Machine Tool Technology and Numerical Control in 1991 and 1992 respectively. He later graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology in Manufacturing Systems with a minor in Business in 1995. He also served as Adjunct Faculty and Instructor for the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), San Jose State University in Aviation and Engineering, DeAnza College and Chabot College while receiving his Instructor credential from the Navy. His vast knowledge of machine tool technology instruction makes any class taught full of knowledge and understanding for over 25+ years.
