Jay Mumford bio Professor Mumford attended Western Michigan University receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on real estate. After graduating he embarked upon a successful career in real estate. Over the course of 15 years Jay worked for several national real estate companies in various markets including Chicago, Denver, San Francisco and Walnut Creek, CA. Beginning in 2002 Jay has taught full time at the community college level. He has taught all the real estate courses required for Calif. Department of Real Estate (DRE) agent and broker licensing as well as several business courses. Check out rate my professor to see student reviews.
