Dream Center Coordinator
Hola, I am Diana and in 2019 I graduated from California State University, East Bay, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. With my newfound knowledge and skills, I was eager to channel my education into making a tangible difference in the lives of others, particularly in underserved communities. Driven by a deep sense of empathy and social responsibility, I embarked on a journey to give back to my community. In 2017, I began my work in Hayward and its surrounding areas, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by marginalized communities. Collaborating with local organizations and grassroots initiatives to address pressing issues such as mental health disorders, substance abuse, homelessness, and social justice. Today, I will continue to assist incoming and current Chabot students with residency questions, AB 540/ SB 68 & residency reclassification petitions, CA Dream Act Application for financial aid & scholarships.
