Prepare for the Front Desk

Have your photo ID and W number ready, before approaching our front desk counter in person or connecting to our online front desk.

Financial Aid's online front desk is available on Zoom during operating hours. See online hours.

Things to do:

Please make sure to take yourself off mute when talking and turn your video on for identity verification.
If you receive the message “Please wait for the host to start the meeting,” confirm that you are connecting during the online front desk operation hours. See online hours.
If you receive the message "Please wait, the meeting host will let you in soon,"  then you are in the virtual waiting room. Your patience is appreciated as we are serving other students.
